At HIVE, we use functional fitness to help you become a better version of yourself. We practice movements that we use in everyday life, and help you become stronger in them so that you can tackle life outside of the gym.
Our priority is coaching you to get you where you want to be. Whether you are new to working out, or you are experienced in the gym, we have you covered. Our group classes are just an hour long, and are completely coach led. We make sure you have a complete warm up, are instructed in the skills and drills necessary for the class, and ready to go when the workout of the day (WOD) begins. You can expect to have a coaches eyes on you, checking your form and giving you feedback to help you improve. At HIVE, you won't need to plan your workout, because we've already done that for you! Just show up and be prepared to have fun.
